This recipe is literally one of my very favorite foods of all time. It is my go-to for every pot luck or picnic and I’m constantly being asked by family and friends for the recipe. This recipe contains very few ingredients, is incredibly easy to make, and with a preparation time of only about 5 minutes it’s basically just throw it together and bake. Kids and adults alike will be crazy about this new take on macaroni and cheese!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of creamed corn
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz. velveeta
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together creamed corn, whole kernel corn, and uncooked macaroni. Slice the butter and cheese, and mix into the corn mixture. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Cover.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, stir, and bake for another 30 minutes.
